Planned time.
Real time.
The Plan Audit puts them side by side. Compare your plan with the measured times from your recent mornings and see where they differ.
From the alarm to out the door
You know when you need to leave.
Give the morning before it a plan.
Launch Control plans backward from leave time, suggests what can wait when you’re late, and shows what to take before leaving. Measured mornings help you refine the next plan.

01 Start at the other end
There’s a whole morning
between waking up and leaving.
Choose your leave time. Add the Morning Steps you actually do, with your own time estimates. Allow a little cushion. Launch Control works out when to wake.
That cushion is called Slack in the app. A little room for the things that don’t go quite to plan.
Your steps. Your estimates. Your leave time.
02 See what still fits
The clock tells you one thing.
The steps still ahead tell you the rest.

Meet your Margin
Forty minutes can feel like plenty. Until you remember the thirty minutes of getting ready still ahead.
The Morning Board shows both: time until leaving, and what’s left after your remaining Morning Steps. That second number is your Margin.
An example, based on the step times in your plan.
As the morning changes, the projection changes too.
See what’s running and what’s still ahead. Choose the next step that works for your morning.
03 When the morning changes
A suggestion for what to do next.
And the time it could give back.
When you’re running late, Launch Control can suggest skipping a step you’ve marked droppable. It shows how that choice would change your spare time.
Three minutes behind? In this example, skipping a ten-minute step would leave seven minutes spare. You see the proposal before making the call.
You choose which steps can wait.
The app doesn’t make that choice for you.

04 Before you leave
Getting ready is one thing.
Taking everything is another.
Build a Launch Kit for your Morning: keys, badge, lunch, or whatever needs to come with you.
When your Morning Steps are finished, Door Check brings that list forward. Check things off as you take them, see what’s still unchecked, and tap Launch when you leave.
Your things. Your list.
One last look before the door closes.
05 Real mornings inform the next plan
Start with your best estimate.
Learn from what actually happens.
As you start and finish Morning Steps, Launch Control records their duration. After you log your departure, the completed steps help it propose more realistic times.

Review the proposal
At Check-in, review the proposed times and choose which to apply—or leave them for later. Your plan changes only when you accept an adjustment.
Separate example Mornings shown. Measured times use the median of each step’s latest completed runs, up to seven. Proposed times don’t update your plan automatically.
